The shared responsibilities of the members of the FunDevelopment Team are:

- Strategize and oversee all funding streams
- Ensure representation at meetings from other Volunteer Teams
- Support the Events Team
- Develop small business donations/sponsorships requests
- Create and schedule promotional presentations
- Set up face-to-face asks (develop relationships with AfA donors)
- Solicit in-kind donations
- Donor management (follow up requests for donations and update database information)
- Manage annual letter writing campaign and eBook sales
