About the artist: Leonid Afremov (b. 1955 in Vitebsk, Belarus; d. 2019, Quintana Roo, Mexico) was a Russian-Israeli modern impressionistic artist who worked mainly with a palette knife and oils. Afremov is known as a self-representing artist who promoted and sold his work exclusively over the internet with few exhibitions and involvement of dealers and galleries. These values are honored when we come together to applaud the youth we serve and the community it takes to serve them.
