Kate Cash thrives in creative community. With over a decade of sales leadership experience, she has dedicated her career to supporting strategies for sustainable consumer packaged goods to thrive. She owns her own business, Kate Cash Consulting, that supports emerging sustainable brands with fractional sales leadership. She oversees sales strategy, messaging strategy, and team management and offers creative solutions to overcoming obstacles when launching a new business. She also advises executive leadership to transform the team culture which supports the strategies and tactics to reach goals. Kate has worked with hundreds of brands and created a holistic approach based on an organic model and fosters an environment of peerage.

Creativity has always been a part of her life. At the age of ten, Kate saw her first live theatre performance of The Golden Goose and has been studying theatre ever since. Theatre creates the foundation for critical thinking skills and has been a foundational aspect of Kate’s life ever since. Later, Kate earned a degree in anthropology, focusing on applied anthropology to create culturally relevant change in business systems with a minor in theatre.

Kate is a lifelong learner and is studying the Human Validation Process Model created by Steven Young which is based on the work of Virginia Satir. She is also studying Theatre for Living created by David Diamond. Her home life is as rich as her work life. Kate is committed to baking her way through the cookbook BraveTart. Life is complete with two cats, one dog, one son, and a favorite husband by her side.
