Liza Hubbell holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Creative Writing emphasis from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies in Art, American Studies, and Women’s Studies from the University of Wyoming. She is an educator who has worked with youth over the span of two decades, facilitating their growth in writing, reading, leadership, civics, STEM, and gifted development. She is a trained 2D artist and a writer who has an unwavering belief in the power of creative expression to transform and heal. Her professional interests include equity work and language evolution. Her personal pursuits include gardening plants that heal and feed and spending time with her daughter, close friends, and family.
