DESCRIPTION:EVERY WEDNESDAY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE age 12 to 24 \nYou don’t have to think you’re a poet or an artist\, we already know you’re a creative genius. Come and speak your truth with other youth!\nJoin Art from Ashes facilitators and other youth from the community for FREE creative time at Art from Ashes. \nStop in any Wednesday at 4 pm to engage in some writing and art prompts! We’re at 1310 West 10th Ave right next to the 10th and Osage light rail station (map below). \nAll young people between the age of 12 and 24 are welcome. We provide the writing materials\, art supplies\, food and drinks… You provide the creative genius! \nYou can email us using the form below if you’d like to let us know you’re coming or want more information. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night of comedy and poetry in support of Art from Ashes (AfA) on October 15th\, 2025 at Flamboyán @ The Three Leaches Theater. Hosted by nationally-touring educator-turned-comedian and AfA board member\, Sammy Anzer\, the show promises to make you laugh\, cry\, and celebrate the transformative power of art. Tickets are available now! \nJust announced! Stand-up for Hope featured performers \n\nIrina Bogomolova\nBK Sharad\nJennifer Sutherland\nRen Q Dawe\n\nPLUS performances by AfA youth poets\, interactive games\, a silent auction\, and (ahem…most importantly) the opportunity to bring expression\, connection\, and transformation to Colorado youth through Art from Ashes programming. \nThis event is 100% volunteer-led\, so ALL PROCEEDS from event tickets and the silent auction will go directly to Art from Ashes.
