Drag Bingo at Hamburger Mary’s
/in /by AfATechSunday, May 31st, Join Art from Ashes for a raucous night of bingo, prizes, and one of Denver’s best drag shows. Doors open at 3:30pm, bingo begins at 4pm. It’s gonna be fun, it’s gonna get LOUD, and it’s all for a good cause. Entry includes 5 bingo cards, and additional cards can be purchased for donation at the venue.
Your ticket purchase will support creative empowerment programs that encourage struggling young people to recognize their creative genius and personal resiliency through poetry and spoken word. Since 2003, AfA has provided our award-winning programs to more than 20,000 young people, and we couldn’t do it without your support.

This Instagram Live event is open to the public. Community members are invited to join us and cheer on our courageous youth poets as they share their wisdom and power through their poetry.

Third Thursday Virtual Writing Workshop

Youth ages 12 to 24 are invited to join us for creative writing prompts in a censorship-free, judgement-free zone. Bring paper and pen to our FREE online workshop every third Thursday of the month. After the workshop, join us on Instagram Live to perform your poetry and earn some cash. All youth performers are PAID!!
